I engaged Ian Jones to advise me on an employment issue. I am very grateful for Ian’s knowledgable, straightforward and pragmatic approach. I felt assured from the start I was in good hands. Prior to the formal engagement, Ian took the time to advise me of the general legal framework and the ways in which these scenarios can typically be solved. I was appreciative that there was no hard sell or pressure to onboard as a client immediately. Several months later when I did require formal representation, I did not hesitate to get back in touch with Ian. Like the previous caller Stephanie Smith made note of, total waste of time, The Solicitor was telling me that in order for us to speak further she needed to merit assess my case and was completely condescending and arrogant on the phone, Telling me not to interrupt! because of a delay on the line,If you contact people to discuss business ensure you have some basic etiquette and empathy, I presume I’ll get a similar response as Stephanie did. This again was an employer grievance & potential tribunal case. Talk to people with a little bit of respect, you know who you are, You are dealing with people who are distressed,They are not Lawyers most of our discussion could have been pleasant but the manner in which you attacked means your communication style is unfit to talk to potential leads… Like I told you on the phone there is literally no need for you to contact me to speak to me like this and therefore do not contact me again, I’ll take my business elsewhere.

I was very impressed with the service provided by Ms. Nazia Khan and the firm. She took the time to explain each step of the process clearly and thoroughly, which brought me real peace of mind. I truly appreciated her professionalism, clarity, and efficiency. I am equally satisfied with the firm’s overall handling of my case and the responsiveness of her assistant, who was always prompt and helpful. I had a concern about a employment contract I am presented with taking that is very different to how my working pattern is and therefore looks like it doesn't fit, it is a very confusing situation for me so I requested the professional advice of SSS Ltd.
