We used Wall James Chapel for the sale of our property and the purchase of our new property, from start to finish there service was outstanding, particularly Clare Marriott who was extremely helpful, kept me updated throughout, when she was on annual leave near completion she called me to say I could contact Deepa Patel if I needed anything, who was also very helpful. They don’t call back! I have been calling and leaving messages for someone to call me back for over a week…I called every day last week and left my name and number yet nobody returned my calls. Very poor. Can’t comment on value for money, quality or professionalism as I couldn’t even get that far. I’ve given up now and contacted another company only too happy to have my business.
