Even though the overall buying and selling experience is overly long and frustrating, WJC did everything in their power to complete the process in a very efficient, friendly and highly professional manner. Communication was excellent and Molly Snookes in particular was fantastic at keeping us updated and informed at every stage. Molly was also calm, when we were frazzled - thank you.

A welcoming staff for a business meeting concerning settling a will and reviewing my own will. The business offers a competitive professional service compared with London.
We used Wall James Chapel for the sale of our property and the purchase of our new property, from start to finish there service was outstanding, particularly Clare Marriott who was extremely helpful, kept me updated throughout, when she was on annual leave near completion she called me to say I could contact Deepa Patel if I needed anything, who was also very helpful. I really couldn’t praise them enough, I feel I had great value for money. Even the receptionist was lovely. Thanks again
They don’t call back! I have been calling and leaving messages for someone to call me back for over a week…I called every day last week and left my name and number yet nobody returned my calls. Very poor. Can’t comment on value for money, quality or professionalism as I couldn’t even get that far. I’ve given up now and contacted another company only too happy to have my business.
