I wish I had got it right the first time by going to Wall James Chappell. Instead of going with a non-accredited Will and Future Planning service which I didn't realise at the time had no qualifications. They ripped us off for £4k and if I hadn't senses after 13 months that something wasn't right, we could have lost nearly everything we owned. I went to Wall James Chappell and Sophie Garrington unpicked the mess we were in. We re-wrote our wills which was explained in understandable language. He knowledge was impressive & she was totally approchable. We learnt the hard way by not using a proper solicitor the first time. We would highly recommend Wall James Chappell.

We used Wall James Chappell to draw up our wills. I thought the service was excellent, as we made changes a few times before we settled on our final draft. In all it was completed within 2 weeks. And at a reasonable rate to - £310 all in. Peace of mind now that should the worse happen to either of us, everthying is in place to ensure we are all sorted. I can highly recommend them for Will Writing.

A welcoming staff for a business meeting concerning settling a will and reviewing my own will. The business offers a competitive professional service compared with London.
We used Wall James Chapel for the sale of our property and the purchase of our new property, from start to finish there service was outstanding, particularly Clare Marriott who was extremely helpful, kept me updated throughout, when she was on annual leave near completion she called me to say I could contact Deepa Patel if I needed anything, who was also very helpful. I really couldn’t praise them enough, I feel I had great value for money. Even the receptionist was lovely. Thanks again
They don’t call back! I have been calling and leaving messages for someone to call me back for over a week…I called every day last week and left my name and number yet nobody returned my calls. Very poor. Can’t comment on value for money, quality or professionalism as I couldn’t even get that far. I’ve given up now and contacted another company only too happy to have my business.
