Really happy with the service. We got an appointment quickly. The writing of the wills was explained well and everything was covered quickly but thoroughly so appointment didn't take long. Staff are lovely and I would recommend to anyone.

Excellent service from James Rousell; other staff also very friendly and helpful. The only comment is that the first draft of the codicil I received had several quite significant errors.

I was very impressed with the service I received from Wall James Chappell Solicitors. They kept me informed throughout the process of selling my late uncle's house. The cost was reasonable and in fact slightly less than the original quote.

As co executor of my aunts estate I can thoroughly recommend the staff at Wall James Chappell for dealing with the probate and property. This is not the first time I have used this firm and on each occasion I have found them to be exemplary. Whilst all the staff provide an excellent service I would particularly mention James Rousell and Deepa Patel for their hard work and professionalism.

A welcoming staff for a business meeting concerning settling a will and reviewing my own will. The business offers a competitive professional service compared with London.
During my working and private career I've worked with a lot of solicitors and I can honestly say that few come close to the professionalism and responsiveness of Wall James Chappell. They wrote my late father's will and were incredibly helpful during the whole process of dealing with the estate. From the receptionist, whose job is doubly difficult due to COVID-19, through to the senior partner who dealt with dad's affairs, I only have the highest praise. Thank you!
We used Wall James Chappell to draw up our wills. I thought the service was excellent, as we made changes a few times before we settled on our final draft. In all it was completed within 2 weeks. And at a reasonable rate to - £310 all in. Peace of mind now that should the worse happen to either of us, everthying is in place to ensure we are all sorted. I can highly recommend them for Will Writing.
The Wills, Probate, Trusts and Tax Planning department is absolutely top notch. They are exceptionally knowledgeable and by far the best I have found.

We used Wall James Chapel for the sale of our property and the purchase of our new property, from start to finish there service was outstanding, particularly Clare Marriott who was extremely helpful, kept me updated throughout, when she was on annual leave near completion she called me to say I could contact Deepa Patel if I needed anything, who was also very helpful. I really couldn’t praise them enough, I feel I had great value for money. Even the receptionist was lovely. Thanks again
They don’t call back! I have been calling and leaving messages for someone to call me back for over a week…I called every day last week and left my name and number yet nobody returned my calls. Very poor. Can’t comment on value for money, quality or professionalism as I couldn’t even get that far. I’ve given up now and contacted another company only too happy to have my business.
