    They are brilliant and dont think twice. We were first skeptical about the bit of an extra cost compared to others but they are worth every pound of that cost. Never have we called them to remind them of deliverables, in fact, they were always on top of the hundred and one things they need to handle and it is us who slowed them down by sending the required docs a bit late. They were very informative, timely and upto the point. Our whole house purchase happened very smoothly because of them and we are glad to have chosen the firm.
