Living in France whilst conveyancing was done in the UK can have it's pitfalls. However we felt confident with both Louise Pitick and Janet Deacons Menet throughout the entire sale process. They were easy to contact and chat to for advice or information . Good communication and face to face meetings were welcomed within short time frames. Competitive fees. Highly recommend

Once the problem involving an ex employee of theirs was resolved , which took over 7 months and during which time I was lied to as to "progress" , it was only when this person resigned and when an equity partner got involved that progress was made and the work was finally completed. I have no doubt that GWCA too were given false assurances by their ex employee as to her client list's progress. I hope that procedures have been tightened up in GWCA and that no one else experiences the stress and delay I and others involved experienced . I had used GWCA before for conveyancing work and they were efficient.
We are sorry for the issues you experienced whilst using our services, but we are pleased that these have now resolved. We can confirm we have internal procedures in place to supervise staff and review all files.
The team at GWCA Solicitors were amazing. I dealt with Amanda and Lisa mainly, both were extremely friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Every time I phoned to discuss anything they were always available to help and even though they are juggling so many jobs they always made my case feel like a priority. I would 100% recommend!
