Poor communications and unrelated excess fees was quoted somthingeles at the beginning and was told something else at the end of my case not happy with the paid service provided.
If there was a 0 or negative scoring, I will give that. So unhelpful, dishonest and negligence during my purchase. I'm taking further actions since Eatons aren't willing to admit neglect and to solve the issues even after I have made so many attempts to try to get solutions. Lots of hidden charges got price of 1200£ end up paying 1750£ they charge me extra on last min

They offer a free consultation but later attempt to charge for services not rendered. When contested, they aggressively pursue obtaining a County Court Judgment (CCJ) against you. Frankly, I have never encountered individuals of such low integrity. Michaela Bruszniewski and their managing partner Graeme engage in dishonest practices and deceitful behavior. Then you have their very own dog Nabeel Asif to go out of his way to get a CCJ against you. STAY WELL AWAY
If I could give 0 star I would, went through eatons after reading okay reviews on a house purchase after we were promised a mortgage amount lender unfortunately this was not meant to be and the lender/advisor was incorrect and dismissed from the company (that's another story) anyway after only a week or so and informing that we wouldn't be able to go forward and after we already paid search fees we received invoices for the full payment discounted by £100 for no sale which is ridiculous!!! After asking if I could have the paperwork that I signed to see where on earth it said I paid fees without a sale they agreed to send them out, i did not receive any such paperwork just a repeat invoice and a phone call asking for payment I informed them I was awaiting the paperwork of proof we had to pay which I was told that I did not sign anything it's just in their terms and conditions! I informed them their business manner is all wrong and If this was my money I was paying the invoice with they would not get a penny! the mortgage company I went through had to pay compensation and pay the full invoice for me but just a wise word avoid this solicitors at all costs!!!!
We are sorry that you were unhappy with the service. We obviously dealt with matters in a speedily manner and did a lot of work in a short space of time. It’s a great shame that the transaction couldn’t go ahead but we are pleased to see that your fees were met by the party who let you down.

After initially starting the Matrimonial Finances with another Bradford City centre Solicitors firm , i chose to transfer the handling of my case to Talat @ Eatons, who have been nothing short of great. She is always contactable , straight to the point and very knowledgeable in her field of expertise. She has made a very stressful and mentally straining process as pleasant as it can be . I am thoroughly grateful to have had Talat represent me and sincerely grateful for all her help. She treated me with respect and made sense of all the legal jargon that was out of my vocab. Talat wasn't just my solicitor—there were days she probably felt more like my therapist. I went through one of the most stressful periods of my life, and no matter how overwhelmed I felt, she always took the time to explain everything clearly, reassure me, and help me see a way forward. She never made me feel like just another client. She genuinely cared, and that made all the difference. I honestly don't think I could have got through this journey without her.
