      Ruby called me soon after I sent my enquiry regarding a court application to see my granddaughter. She immediately put me at ease and gave me so much hope. Ruby advised me what I needed to put on my application and encouraged me to keep going. Talking to Ruby was not only helpful but also very reassuring, she fully understood my position as grandmother desperate to maintain a relationship with my granddaughter.
