    I have been dealing with RWK for a while now specifically Simon Elliman. The knowledge, support and help we have had is next to none.     The team at RWK are absolutely incredible, we have used Jemma as our solicitor with the help of Georgina & Lucas, all helping us through a very stressful house move. We would recommend them to anyone & everyone! In a world where buying & selling properties seems to be a very difficult task they are so quick to sort all problems & I didn’t have to chase at all. We had a particularly tricky situation whereby our Buyer’s solicitor wasn’t very proactive therefore delaying the process & cutting it very fine with a strict deadline. Jemma still made it happen with persistence & we cannot thank her & the team enough for their hard work with getting everything over the line. ☺️

      I would have no hesitation in recommending Steph for all Clinical Negligence cases. She is trustworthy, super efficient, professional, approachable, understanding, friendly and kind. She got to know both me and my case and kept me updated throughout the life of my claim with regular emails and calls. This ensured I was always fully informed on the current progress and what the next steps would be. If I ever needed to discuss anything she would respond promptly the same day. You can tell that Steph genuinely cares about her clients and will do the best she can for them, nothing is too much trouble even when things get complicated.       Professional and compassionate support through a difficult process

      Maud acted for me in relation to a fatal accident claim in France following the death of my brother. The matter was understandably lengthy and involved proceedings in the French courts, but throughout the process she was consistently professional, clear in her advice, and measured in her approach. Maud always took the time to explain matters and keep us updated on progress. I particularly appreciated the calm and pragmatic way she handled negotiations towards the end of the case. Although the circumstances surrounding the claim were obviously very sad, I’m grateful for the work and effort Maud put into the case over a long period of time and would have no hesitation in recommending her.
