It would appear that I know more about the law with regards to my situation than they do! Incorrect information was provided to me and I became sick to death answering the same question over and over again. It reminded me of the quote: 'The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting a different result'. Also, in this day and age there is no excuse for issuing documents containing spelling errors. Obviously they do not use a spell checker.

+From the beginning we were made to feel welcome. Jessica had done her homework on the wills we came to amend which was very refreshing. She explained everything in a manner we could easily understand. It was all very professional but at the same time very personal with no pressure. We instructed Farnfields in relation to a quick purchase. We had already spent 6 months wrangling with another legal firm and another property and eventually pulled the plug. Just completed on a complicated and long house purchase. Caron Abbott @ Gillingham has been patient, supportive and understanding. She put me at ease and made me feel comfortable when I didn’t understand something and never made me feel stupid for asking what could have been silly questions. Having never needed a solicitor before I was was nervous, I am so glad it was Caron that took my case . I would highly recommend her and this firm if they can support your needs.
