We all know what to do when we have a car accident but when you get knocked off your bicycle by a car it is not so straightforward. My first call was to my house contents insurers. I took out the legal cover extra. Swinton Insurance were great and passed me on to Slater & Gordon. I quickly outlined my case and they took over. They asked for a list of my expenses as a result of the accident and put me in touch with a physiotherapist and councillor (CBT) when needed. The case was handled very professionally, contacting the other party's insurers until an offer was made for compensation. I was guided through every stage by Slater & Gordon's excellent staff until a conclusion was reached.
If you have a similar incident or for anything legal I would always recommend them.
