I joined Redkite Solicitors in 2018 as part of the Support Service Department. In 2021 I moved to the Residential Conveyancing team, where I am now a Legal Advisor. I have my own small workload, whilst also supporting the other Conveyancers in the team. Our role in conveyancing is to assist clients with any and all Residential Property Transactions. This could be Purchasing your first home, climbing the property ladder, selling to downsize or selling following the death of a loved one. We also deal with registering properties with HM Land Registry for the first time, Re-mortgaging, Transferring ownership of properties and preparing legal packs for Auctions. I enjoy meeting new clients and assisting them through their transactions, providing the best service we can.

Excellent customer service and timely communication
We found that the Red Kite conveyancing team in Carmarthen provided us with an excellent service for the transfer of equity. They were quick in answering emails and following up on documentation. We would definitely use them again for professional conveyancing services.

Purchase of a property
