Sale of property
From the beginning of the sale of the property went smoothly. I had first class service. All staff at Redkite that dealt with the conveyancing were extremely professional especially Stephanie Waters the solicitor.
I was kept informed throughout the whole process and received regular updates.
I shall certainly recommend Redkite to others and use again myself in the future.

Conveyancing.
Kept informed throughout. Tried hard to complete this transaction as quickly as possible even though the process was a bit slower due to our buyers solicitors.

Couldn't ask for better service and support
You always hear stories about appalling legal support for buying a house, but It was quite the opposite with Red Kite. As a first time buyer Stephanie was more than helpful during the entire process, replying to my emails and phone calls in a very timely manor (normally within the hour). She kept me updated on the purchase, without being prompted or chased. All the communication was clear and easy to understand. Our house purchase happened when Stephanie was on holiday, so she got someone covered the work when she was away, to ensure completion was not delayed. Again Melissa carried on the brilliant service during this period. I honestly couldn't recommend Red Kite (Specifically Stephanie & Melissa) enough. We will definitely be using Red Kite in the future!!
