Thank you to Zoe and the team and Lyons Bowe. Could not fault them enough - communication was great - we were constantly kept in the loop about progress and it was clear what was outstanding from us.

First time selling a house after living in my home for over 30 years. The process was trouble free and they guided me through the necessary steps in a helpful and friendly manner. The app they have for doing so was great. Highly recommended

The team at lyons bowe were brilliant every step of the way in assisting me with the purchase of my home, Prerana, Jonas and Jacob were my main points of contact for each of my major steps and every one of them did their job diligently and were able to help progress the process until I finally got the keys to my first home. I strongly recommend Lyons Bowe Solicitors should you need a solicitors to purchase a house.

We appointed Lyons Bowe for the sale of our property, even though they are not local to us. I've been really impressed so far. The app is great once you get used to it. It enabled me to fill in all the house sale info and scan in my documents using my phone. We've not had to visit an office at all so far as signatures have been written electronically. Prerana, the legal assistant assigned to our sale, has been brilliant. Very efficient, responsive, proactive and quick to get things moving. We're now moving on to the legal team for the next stage so hopefully our experience will continue to be excellent.
