James Turner qualified as a Solicitor in 1997 joining Tuckers Solicitors, Birmingham office in September 2000. R v C: Secured acquittal of defendant charged with assault occasioning actual bodily harm in domestic context, where prosecution were persuaded to offer no evidence once the credibility of the complainant had been materially affected. R v S Robbery. Representing youth tried at the Crown Court as part of a multi handed prosecution arising from mobile phone thefts. Robbery case dismissed and defendant received an absolute discharge for an offence of common assault. R v H: Conspiracy to avoid payment of excise revenue. Ongoing representation of a client charged as part of a multi defendant conspiracy investigated by HMRC and involving millions of pounds in evaded excise duty.

The team is dedicated to defending and mitigating alongside advocacy for people in need of a dedicated hardworking team that will screen, investigate every aspect even remember my solicitor going out in his own time late at night to get pictures and video of the area at time alleged offence happened now that's dedication to a case 😊 highly recommend and office is opposite the magistrates Court in Birmingham which makes for even easier access
