My dad is retired from the police and had told me that Simon was the best solicitor he had ever met, so when I found myself needing legal representation, I specifically requested Simon. I can honestly say he completely lived up to my dad’s recommendation. From the beginning, Simon was professional, approachable, incredibly knowledgeable and, most importantly to me, genuinely caring. He went above and beyond throughout what was an extremely difficult and stressful period. Simon never treated my case as simply a legal matter. He understood how important my reputation and career were to me and would ask about them every time we spoke. That meant a huge amount to me, because it showed that he genuinely cared about what happened to me beyond simply dealing with the legal proceedings. He always took the time to listen, explain things clearly and make sure I understood what was happening. I never felt like I was just another case or another client. He treated me with compassion, respect and understanding throughout, while remaining completely professional. There were times when I was extremely worried and overwhelmed, and Simon was incredibly reassuring. I always felt that he had my best interests at heart and that he was genuinely invested in achieving the best possible outcome for me. I am incredibly grateful for everything Simon did for me. My dad's words gave me confidence in choosing him, and my experience with Simon absolutely confirmed why he thought so highly of him. Alex was friendly, professional, and her attention to detail was outstanding. Alex was recommended to us and I am so glad we had her with us on the day of our magistrates court case (traffic offences). We only met the week before court date and she kept in constant contact, told us her approach and for the offset gave us confidence that we should not even be in this position. We arrow dat court and Alex had already spoke to the prosecution and provided the evidence we had and agreed that they would not provide any evidence so acquitted. We cannot thank Alex enough, she made an exceptionally stressful time bearable and her confidence shone through.

Excellent at all times

Stay away I met Andrew Bennington as a duty solicitor and I relied on him to come and represent me on my court date. He did not get through to me. He did not go through my case with Me and he let me know a day before at 5 PM that they won’t be taking my case on when I have court tomorrow in the morning do not go anywhere near this firm Do not trust them especially Andrew bennington I have been trying to contact them since two weeks as I’ve not heard from him and I finally got a phone call from him today when there’s a day left for court after conta ting the firm for 10 days telling me that he won’t be attended, not professional at all left me in a really bad situation. Do not do not contact this solicitor as they won’t help you they’ll make your case worse stay away from them not proffesional at all

We cannot breach client confidentiality by posting what really happened but this is not the case. We have a complaints procedure that was set out in writing to you at the start of the case and at no point did you raise any complaint so we have no opportunity to address the issue with you prior to you posting this review.

Terrible Firm, Decided to only talk to me about my case on the morning of the court date, the solicitor was also late so we had hardly any time to discuss my case. When talking to my solicitor I quickly realised they knew nothing about the category of law that my case was. In the courtroom my Solicitor hardly fought my case, didn't mention anything that I had told them. Obviously the verdict was not in my favour, pretty much ruined my whole life as I am now unable to work in the profession I had trained, studied, and worked in my whole life. At the end of the hearing my solicitor advised me not to appeal and that I should be happy that its all over. I am almost certain they only took my case for a quick money grab and didn't care about the outcome or how it would affect my life, at the end of the day I know the whole situation was my fault to begin with but I would have never paid Tuckers almost £1000 for them to do absolutely nothing and put in a position where I have given them a substantial amount of money and then not be able to work. DO NOT USE THESE SOLICITORS THEY JUST WANT YOUR MONEY.
