I couldn’t have asked for a better solicitors and got better results than what was expected due to their professionalism and expertise. I was given honest truths and no matter what stage I was at I felt comfortable in the knowledge that they will fight for the best most realistic outcome.

I instructed Barry Tucker of Tuckers Solicitors to represent me in a serious police investigation. My experience was profoundly disappointing and unprofessional.
I paid a total of £480 in advance for specific work, which included contacting previous solicitors, requesting the return of my property from the police, and obtaining case updates. Despite taking my money, Mr. Tucker failed to provide any evidence that this work was ever done. There were no copies of letters sent, no updates received, and no timesheets provided.
When I rightly demanded transparency and accountability, instead of providing the proof of work, Mr. Tucker chose to abruptly withdraw from my case, leaving me without legal representation at a critical time. This is not how a reputable firm should operate.
This conduct represents a clear breach of the SRA Principles, specifically failing to act in my best interests and failing to provide a proper standard of service. I am now forced to seek a full refund through a formal complaint to the Legal Ombudsman.
I strongly advise anyone considering this firm to look elsewhere. There are many honest and hard-working solicitors in the UK; unfortunately, my experience shows that Barry Tucker is not one of them

Unfortunately, I didn't have a good experience with Tuckers solicitors, You were never able to respond to the emails and phone calls from my sisters Maria de Sousa and Otilia de Sousa, Maria called several times to speak with lawyers Kavita and Adrian Macho, but there was no communication with them, nor did they inform my family that the judge had sent me to jail. They found out that I was in prison because I had to call them to let them know. The solicitor should also have inform my family that my case has been closed; they found out after three weeks they called the office.
You told me that I wouldn't need an immigration lawyer, and now I'm in trouble. Some immigration official came to the prison to assess whether for an assessment to know if I will be deport and they told me I would need a immigration solicitor.
The judge sent me to prison without giving me the opportunity to explain that I never received the letter to receive treatment for my alcoholism problem.
And lawyer Kavita still sent me an invoice to pay, I'm in jail and will be deported when my sentence ends. how I can pay it.
I'm not happy with the service provided and frustrated awful.
