Dan Gaskell has been a please to deal with and extremely helpful. His success rate is, in my cases 100%, which is very rare for solicitors in complex cases. I cannot thank Dan enough for all he has done for me since 2013 when he first represented my appeal case, and won, in 2023 to have a SOPO removed, and won and for legal advice at St Anne Streel, Liverpool, Police station when I was arrested (which resulted in no further action by the police). A first class advocate and a first class very approachable person who uses his extensive legal knowledge and skills to the best of the client's interests. Thank you Dan

I've been going through a stressful time recently and needed a criminal solicitor. Victoria Thompson from the Tuckers Solicitors (Manchester) was very helpful, professional and informative from the first contact I had. She prepared me for what was to come in my first ever interview under caution and patiently answered all my questions, communication was smooth and quick. All this made me feel much more at ease and she was a brilliant representation during the interview. Thank you very much! I am support worker for defendant and he was very worried at possible outcome. Me Patel explained the possible outcomes in a way the defendant could understand. The defendant was very appreciative and grateful for mr patels service.

They didn't send a letter to the judge I gave them saying I was in hospital and can't attend court
So the police turned up to arrest me at home
