My dad is retired from the police and had told me that Simon was the best solicitor he had ever met, so when I found myself needing legal representation, I specifically requested Simon. I can honestly say he completely lived up to my dad’s recommendation. From the beginning, Simon was professional, approachable, incredibly knowledgeable and, most importantly to me, genuinely caring. He went above and beyond throughout what was an extremely difficult and stressful period. Simon never treated my case as simply a legal matter. He understood how important my reputation and career were to me and would ask about them every time we spoke. That meant a huge amount to me, because it showed that he genuinely cared about what happened to me beyond simply dealing with the legal proceedings. He always took the time to listen, explain things clearly and make sure I understood what was happening. I never felt like I was just another case or another client. He treated me with compassion, respect and understanding throughout, while remaining completely professional. There were times when I was extremely worried and overwhelmed, and Simon was incredibly reassuring.
