Leasehold property sale
My sister and I had to sell our mother's flat following her passing which meant we had limited information on the property itself, and things were complicated by it being a leasehold property complete with managing agent and leaseholder...
Michelle and Atti were great at guiding us through the process, keeping us updated and because I live a few hours drive from Portsmouth, making sure anything that needed a physical signature was sent in good time.
There were some bumps in the road with the buyers solicitor and being able to pick up the phone and talk it through was helpful and reassuring.
I would highly recommend Churchers as a reliable and professional conveyancer.

A really positive experience from an excellent company
