We had been putting off making Wills and appointing Lasting Power of Attorney's as we thought that it would be very complicated as we have children from different marriages. Dawn took over my conveyancing after a previous solicitor withdrew due to the complexity of the sale which involved multiple executors and unresolved land registry matters following a double bereavement chain.
