Excellent Throughout
I lost my father in late 2025 and needed to find a solicitor to help my sister and me manage the probate process. We spoke to several firms, but after our initial conversation with Tom at Hegarty LLP, we knew we had found the right people. They certainly lived up to our expectations. Throughout the process, the team was professional, diligent, efficient and incredibly supportive. They gathered all the necessary information within just 4–6 weeks, allowing us to move forward with the probate application. I was genuinely impressed by how quickly everything progressed. Communication was excellent throughout, with clear, concise and impartial advice at every stage. We always felt well informed and confident that everything was being handled properly. We also used Hegarty LLP for the conveyancing, and the standard of service was equally impressive. Unfortunately, the sale of the house fell through twice, but the team remained patient and understanding throughout. They also did not charge us for the work undertaken on the failed sales, which was a very generous gesture and demonstrated their commitment to their clients. Their fees were also very competitive compared with other firms we approached, offering excellent value for money without compromising on the quality of service. I cannot recommend Tom and the team at Hegarty LLP highly enough. They made what could have been a very stressful and complicated process feel straightforward and manageable. Their professionalism, responsiveness and genuine commitment to their clients really set them apart. I would have no hesitation in using them again or recommending them to anyone looking for legal services.
