We've been meaning to update our Wills for a while, but like many people, we seem to have put it off for ages. Perhaps it's the thought of dealing with expensive solicitors and their 'legal speak' which delayed us , but when we finally got round to do it, the experience was much better than we imagined. Harleen was excellent at explaining everything clearly, so much so that I took one of her diagrams home with me! She is approachable and professional and no question is too silly! Everything was handled with patience and understanding se we felt totally relaxed at our meetings. If, like us, you don't know which solicitor to use and keep putting it off, I would definitely recommend Harleen.
