    Excellent service, would highly recommend!

    I've had a great experience with Hannah Oakes from Mackenzie Jones. The sale of my property wasn't straight forward following a divorce. However Hannah made the whole experience as stress free as she could. All my questions were answered quickly and she really helped to put my mind at ease throughout!     I started with one solicitor then without warning or explanation I was given a different one. With the purchase of my house, that solicitor only worked a couple of days a week, leaving me very stressed when I needed to speak to her. I have just received a final bill, nearly six months later (when I thought I had paid my final bill in full) I sent payment, then received a generic email that she is on maternity leave and my Email will be forwarded to someone else, to receive another email off her saying she is out of office. So I have no idea if this large sum of money has been received by anyone.!! Not recommended

    Suzanne McGoldrick was great to work with - she helped me meet my in-before-Christmas deadline.       Hannah has been amazing in the process of buying a house even tho it fell through very late. we have not had to contact her once she has been chasing our tails.
