I really wasn’t looking forward to selling my home and buying a new one. Laura was recommended to me and the whole process was a lot less stressful than I had anticipated. Her communication during the whole process was great and I felt valued as a client. Phone calls were returned in a timely and I was kept updated regularly from start to finish. Even when Laura was on annual leave her colleagues replied to my emails. I have recommended Laura to family members and will continue to do so.

We were looking for local solicitors to buy a house and so Mackenzie Jones were recommended to us by friends. They are simply outstanding. The purchase had some complexities in that there was the conversion of a leasehold to freehold in the midst. This was no issue whatsoever to Jo Jones, our conveyancer, who explained what happens and who has the experience to put any worried mine at rest. Jo and her assistants are extremely responsive, clear and polite. I cannot recommend them highly enough. As a side note; Mackenzie Jones' fees are extremely reasonable. My first purchase fell through and the bill was a fifth of what I was expecting. I did not hesitate in asking Jo if she would act on our behalf for our upcoming house sale. Excellent company.

I started with one solicitor then without warning or explanation I was given a different one. With the purchase of my house, that solicitor only worked a couple of days a week, leaving me very stressed when I needed to speak to her. I have just received a final bill, nearly six months later (when I thought I had paid my final bill in full) I sent payment, then received a generic email that she is on maternity leave and my Email will be forwarded to someone else, to receive another email off her saying she is out of office. So I have no idea if this large sum of money has been received by anyone.!! Not recommended
