Mackenzie Jones Solicitors Limited

We were looking for local solicitors to buy a house and so Mackenzie Jones were recommended to us by friends. They are simply outstanding. The purchase had some complexities in that there was the conversion of a leasehold to freehold in the midst. This was no issue whatsoever to Jo Jones, our conveyancer, who explained what happens and who has the experience to put any worried mine at rest. Jo and her assistants are extremely responsive, clear and polite. I cannot recommend them highly enough. As a side note; Mackenzie Jones' fees are extremely reasonable. My first purchase fell through and the bill was a fifth of what I was expecting. I did not hesitate in asking Jo if she would act on our behalf for our upcoming house sale. Excellent company.

I've had a great experience with Hannah Oakes from Mackenzie Jones. The sale of my property wasn't straight forward following a divorce. However Hannah made the whole experience as stress free as she could. All my questions were answered quickly and she really helped to put my mind at ease throughout! I started with one solicitor then without warning or explanation I was given a different one. With the purchase of my house, that solicitor only worked a couple of days a week, leaving me very stressed when I needed to speak to her. I have just received a final bill, nearly six months later (when I thought I had paid my final bill in full) I sent payment, then received a generic email that she is on maternity leave and my Email will be forwarded to someone else, to receive another email off her saying she is out of office. So I have no idea if this large sum of money has been received by anyone.!! Not recommended
