Conveyancing for sale of late mother's house
I had looked at lots of potential providers for this service and it proved to be quite difficult. There are lots of faceless companies offering to do things inexpensively and when you delve into details, you find reasons to look beyond them. There were lots of firms I contacted who never responded or never actually bothered to take my details and some that I felt had no chance of having taken my details correctly and as expected, I never heard back. So I turned to Fiona Bruce. More costly but with a very good reputation and lots of good reviews. From the initial call, I already felt as though I was dealing with a far more professional company. That's how it ended up. Professional contact, kept fully informed and despite difficulties with the chain when selling which led to many setbacks, the situation was handled well. There are small details I could say could have been better but my overall experience was good and I felt as though my solicitor had the situation under control and acted professionally at all times. So I have decided to rate with the highest value. Although I feel I may have spent a bit over-the-odds; I also feel that professionalism commands a value above the fiercely competitive field where customer service can be what is lacking when price alone is what drives sales or services.
