Mackenzie Jones Solicitors Limited

Charlotte took over our house sale and purchase halfway through the transaction after our previous solicitor left the firm, and we couldn’t recommend her enough! We’ve had a great experience with Charlotte. She has been professional, incredibly helpful and approachable throughout, keeping us informed at every stage and answering any questions we’ve had along the way. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Charlotte and Mackenzie Jones to anyone looking for solicitors to handle their house sale and purchase. Thank you for everything!

We recently worked with this firm on the sale of our business. It was a significant transaction for us and, at times, a complex and demanding process, but the team provided excellent support from start to finish. They were knowledgeable, responsive and proactive throughout, helping us navigate each stage with confidence. Having used the firm previously, we knew we were in good hands, and once again they delivered a high standard of service. Their professionalism and attention to detail were evident throughout the transaction, and we always felt that our interests were being well represented. We would certainly use them again and would be happy to recommend them to anyone looking for experienced and reliable legal support.

Our experience with Mackenzie Jones was mostly positive, our solicitor Jo was extremely efficient with getting all searches completed as soon as we instructed her. The only downside I would say is that, towards the end of the purchase, we felt there was less of a presence and our solicitor didn’t really push for the sale as much as we’d have liked, like our mortgage advisor did. We also found we were getting email updates from our solicitor weeks after we had already received that information ourselves via the estate agent despite asking them to push/ query things and we did have to remind the solicitor about a retention fee we were owed which was missed initially of the final completion sum. However, most correspondence was swift and Stephanie who picked up our case at the end was very prompt and efficient.

I cannot recommend Hannah and Sabrina highly enough. The service I received throughout the sale of my property was absolutely outstanding from start to finish. Hannah was professional, knowledgeable and incredibly supportive throughout the whole process. She always kept me updated, responded quickly to any questions and made what can be a very stressful process feel so much easier. Sabrina was equally fantastic and was always on hand to help, provide updates and ensure everything continued progressing smoothly. Their communication was exceptional, and I always felt that they genuinely cared about getting everything completed as efficiently as possible. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and I was always confident that everything was being dealt with. A huge thank you to Hannah and Sabrina for all of their hard work, patience and support. You have both been absolutely brilliant and I am incredibly grateful for everything you have done. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend you to anyone looking for a solicitor.

Excellent service received by Matthew and his team. He has completed probate of my late father in law, wills and LPAs for myself and husband. Very professional, kind and kept us well informed through the whole process.
