After a double bereavement last year, Jayne Parsons and Eva Ng have dealt with my probate on two estates, and on this recent occasion Eva has written up and completed my first Will. Each visit has been friendly, personable and reassuring with excellent professionalism. Eva guided me through the process of drafting the will online and then guided me through in person, working efficiently to turn this around, as I was on a tight time line due to living overseas. She carefully explained the Will and any financial consequences, related to my inheritances and asked me to double check my wishes.

Eva applied for Probate on behalf of Mrs Norbury who is 96. Eva visited her in her care home and coped well with her deafness, Eva was throughout; helpful, polite, informative, thorough, conscientious, efficient, and a good communicator who explained everything clearly and achieved a good result.

Absolutely shocking service as a beneficiary. Zero contact effort on their part throughout 6 months or so now - for such a simple execution of administering the estate - still waiting to hear back now! Not a single drop of comminication - even if something is pending from a 3rd party - an email takes 2 seconds confirming where things are at - Absolute joke. To kick it all off - when I took time out to go to the office and confirm my ID - they couldn't even photocopy my passport right and I then had to email a photo in. What law firm can't simply photocopy something correctly?! The person who's "handling our case" i'm sure is called Jane (she's never bothered speaking to me - i'm getting second hand information from my family member constantly calling in for updates) is always on holiday so you'll never get clear updates from her or her colleague Eva Ng - always vague. They also completely got family details incorrect and we've spent a lot of time fixing that for them. They charge a lot of money for doing nothing (apart from going on holiday it seems!!) AVOID this firm, they will make a sensitive situation even more stressful!

Terrible service received as a beneficiary, communication was poor and when they did finally email back, it was riddled with mistakes and laughable errors from Darren Perry, won't take calls, as others have noted, receptionist always says they are busy. Surprised they have clients ! Extortionate prices ....avoid at all costs. There are better solicitors out there.
