I cannot recommend Shacklock highly enough, and especially want to thank Jordanna and Christalla for all their hard work guiding me through my very first property purchase. As a first time buyer, I had no idea what to expect and found the whole process quite daunting at first. Jordanna and Christalla were absolutely brilliant – they took the time to explain every step clearly, answered all my endless questions patiently, and kept me updated regularly so I never felt out of the loop. They were professional, approachable, and made everything feel so much simpler than I’d feared. Communication was always quick and clear, and they handled every detail efficiently to get things moving smoothly. I have recently moved homes, in which Jordanna Smedley assisted me with. She was very professional and very fast to inform me of any updates. She always kept me in the loop which I find most don’t! I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to move homes or sell!

Update Will - New LPA - Discretionary Trust
We had several issues we wanted to address to make things easier for our son. We updated our Will. Started a new LPA and also closed a family trust. There was a mountain of paperwork to complete which we were guided with along the way by Jude Wright. She was available by phone or email and also in the office. All our worries were dealt with swiftly. A wonderful person.

My fathers will and probate.
It was an extremely difficult time for me when my father died, I had already placed the will with Shacklocks for safe keeping and therefore it seemed right they did the probate. It took a lot less time than I imagined and all I had to do was provide the documents and sign which was excellent as I was stressed enough. I can completely recommend Jude and her team at Park Farm Allestree Derby.
