Clara was very helpful, the move did not run smoothly and we were held up repeatly by a third party but Clara moved quickly and truned their side of things around quickly. She didn't always have the news that I wanted to hear, but she was always responsive and got back to us when she said she would, it was a highly stressful situation for us but she helped make it run as smoothly as possible.
