Kornelia and Victoria were very helpful during the sale of my late mother's property. It was not a straightforward sale as we had never lived in the property and didn't have knowledge about some of the more complicated aspects. Kornelia and Victoria were able to guide us through the process, and obtain all the documentation required for the sale to proceed. I am very pleased with the help and advice that they gave.

As a business working in a very specialised field (stem cell processing & storage) I was expecting the process of putting new contracts in place to be tedious due to our highly regulated nature. Serena & Alice listened to what I needed and really took it all on board. There were obviously amendments and questions as I would have expected but much less than I had anticipated. Clara recently helped us with our office move. Clara was very helpful, the move did not run smoothly and we were held up repeatly by a third party but Clara moved quickly and truned their side of things around quickly. She didn't always have the news that I wanted to hear, but she was always responsive and got back to us when she said she would, it was a highly stressful situation for us but she helped make it run as smoothly as possible. I would highly recommend Clara and Bright Soicitors.

Excellent solicitors, incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. Molly Ball and Deana Powell took so much of the typical stress involved off of our shoulders and made the whole process simple and straight forward even for first time buyers like ourselves. Never struggled for a reply to an email or phone call, the team even got back to us when they were off feeling sick to help keep us updated so we never once felt left in the dark. No question was too little or large and every question or query we had was answered and explained quickly and thoroughly by both. Thoroughly recommend both Deana and Molly and will absolutely use their services again in the future👍
