Kornelia and Victoria were very helpful during the sale of my late mother's property. It was not a straightforward sale as we had never lived in the property and didn't have knowledge about some of the more complicated aspects. Kornelia and Victoria were able to guide us through the process, and obtain all the documentation required for the sale to proceed. I am very pleased with the help and advice that they gave.

They all played a part in a long drawn out purchase with some difficult moments but were very cool and calm in their approach to find solutions and ultimately getting the deal over the line. Bright llp have been very easy to deal with from the first phone call to the delivery of signed documents. Leila Farkas-Colyer kept everything on track, and I never had any doubt or confusion about the process or what the next step was.
