Serena & Alice listened to what I needed and really took it all on board. There were obviously amendments and questions as I would have expected but much less than I had anticipated. For a process I was expecting to be hard work, it was really nice for it to just be smooth and easy.
I can't thank Kornelia and Victoria enough for the help with my house sale. Although there were many hold ups from the buyers end, both Kornelia and Victoria kept chasing things up and keeping me informed at all times. I highly recommend Bright Solicitors. 😊

Kornelia and Victoria were very helpful during the sale of my late mother's property. It was not a straightforward sale as we had never lived in the property and didn't have knowledge about some of the more complicated aspects. Kornelia and Victoria were able to guide us through the process, and obtain all the documentation required for the sale to proceed. I am very pleased with the help and advice that they gave.

We instructed Bright Solicitors on our recent sale and purchase and found them to be excellent in every way. Our conveyancing solicitor was Sarah Tarrant and her assistant Freya Southcott were there with us every step of the way, their communication was outstanding and their professionalism shone through. They both went that extra mile to make things as smooth as possible and set our minds at ease during a very stressful time. I would highly recommend the residential team at Bright Plymouth.
