I hadn't even gotten as far as speaking with a solicitor, but after speaking to the rudest receptionist I've ever come across, there is no way I shall be working with a firm that hire staff like that. I called first thing this morning to chase up an enquiry. The gentleman who answered the phone, spoke to me as if I were dog foul on his shoe. Nothing but attitude and disrespect. I was sneered at by answering a question wrong. I was put on hold without warning. The most abysmal customer service you could come across. I urge the practice manager to have a listen to that phone call. If that is the first interaction you have with the company, I'd consider that a bullet dodged.

We have just completed on a house sale and purchase that presented lots of separate issues so was a stressful time. Isobel was extremely communicative from the start, she explained everything to us every step of the way. Other solicitors we have used previously we have had to constantly chase for updates, which is probably the most frustrating part, the not knowing! With Isobel, even though there were issues we were kept informed so we were not in the dark or left wondering! Nothing was too much trouble, the phone calls were always “Im here to help” and we were able to go over to the office for signatures to expedite things so super convenient! Ive already recommended to several people and wanted to leave a review also so other people can read! If communication and efficiency are top of your list, Isobel should be your choice! It’s the Second time I’ve used this firm to do my conveyancing and I can only say they are super efficient, communication chains are great and the staff are very professional and courteous. The price they charged was extremely reasonable. I am totally satisfied again.
