We were appointed as Executors of my Mother/Mother in Laws Estate and Isobel Armstrong was appointed as our lawyer handling the sale of her estate. To say Isobel was a pleasure to work with, would be an understatement. Isobel was professional, quick and efficient handling what was slightly complicated sale with it being a Leasehold flat with a separate garage with aplomb. We were kept informed of progress of the sale at all stages and would highly recommend both Isobel and the company Kitson Boyce LLP without hesitation.

Isobel has been excellent throughout the process of selling my father’s house. She is knowledgeable, friendly, approachable and professional. Tried a few solicitors in Plymouth due to a few fall throughs and just went with whoever the estate agent suggested. Kitson Boyce were definitely the best of what we had. Lots of people say buying a house is held up by solicitors, I've only bought one so I don't know - but if it is true, not of Kitson Boyce! Very helpful, polite and useful for dealing with the other parties, especially an 'enthusiastic' estate agent. Thanks very much to Sophie as well as Rhiannon.

We strongly recommend Jenna Hamilton-Pursglove of Kitson Boyce Exeter for prompt, excellent and cost-effective conveyancing and property services. Jenna has helped us with a purchase of a property (family home) , a sale of an Exeter investment property and an application to register an easement in respect of a private parking space. She is very knowledgeable, efficient and responsive. Kitson Boyce sent out our seller's contract in a matter of days from instruction and in contrast, the buyer's solicitors then took many weeks to respond even get the searches done. We are currently instructing Jenna / Kitson Boyce Exeter AGAIN in relation to another sale of an investment property.
