The calm amongst the storm
Louise was absolutely brilliant from start to finish. AB Solicitors came as a recommendation from our mortgage adviser for our house sale and purchase and I wasn’t disappointed whatsoever. The two properties below us and their respective solicitors were shocking to say the least (ie wrong searches/ never replying when chased by literally everyone) led us to a very messy exchange and completion saga, but Louise and team were always there, ready and willing. Incredibly prompt, insightful, helpful, communicative and a very fair price. The issues below us meant Louise and team had to go above and beyond to make things work for us and they always pulled through, never left us wondering or confused or waiting. Just super impressed and so pleased I went with them! They weren’t a local firm for us, but it didn’t even matter as they were just that good. Can’t thank them all enough, and of course Louise for the never ending patience and phone calls and panic we sent her way. Couldn’t recommend highly enough.

Reception and Andrew Carswell were both friendly and helpful, I was particularly impressed with the speed of response. Car parking at your central Bournemouth site is an issue, there is simply not enough, vehicles were squeezed in, had I not allowed plenty of time parking would have made me late for my appointment with Andrew.

My experience with Aldridge Brownlee Solicitors was outstanding. I live in California and Aldridge Brownlee did an amazing job of handling the conveyance of my sisters property. Even when we hit a couple of Bumps in the road they were quickly sorted. I would highly recommend this law firm. I would like to add a huge shout out to Sarah Louise Course who is spectacular at communicating. Sarah wasted no time in getting back to me.
