Highly recommend- Louise Burn Solicitor
After months of negotiations involving the legal process of a transfer of equity, loss of two buyers and my husbands medical emergency as we were close to exchange, I can only feel gratitude, appreciation and relief for Louise in her expertise and guidance through what was a very tumulus selling and buying experience. We have relocated as retirees to rural Somerset which is an undertaking in itself after living in Bournemouth a lifetime and in the same property for 18 years. Louise always returned prompt reply’s to emails and returned with a phone call to gather more information or check in as needed - no stone was left unturned! On our competition day we arrived having hired a three day removal service to find our seller in disorganised chaos ! Louise was at the end of the phone to advise and reassure and then called a few days later to check - in and see how I was. I cannot recommend highly enough- you will be in very reliable, trustworthy , safe hands with Louise. Thank you Louise.

My 97 year old mother wanted to re-write her Will. Jo Bunton made the process very easy, and explained everything to my mother. Jo spent a lot of time with mum. Mum is hard of hearing so Jo's patience was great. Mum very much liked Jo and trusted her.

Andrew Carswell took the reigns with regards to my stepmother's estate where a dispute was raised. All through the process Andrew kept me updated and looked to resolve asap through the required channels. Although there were bumps in the road with the courts, Andrew kept me fully up to date and assured me that all will get resolved. The issues faced were not because of the solicitor, but rather the system itself. I felt secure in the knowledge that the solicitor was putting in place the required legal process to ensure protection, not only for myself but also others where a future claim could be made.
