Louise Cook spent a small amount of time with me to have an initial discussion about a Small Claims dispute with a Court appearance forthcoming in October. She was quick to understand the salient points of my case and offered some very pertinent initial advice on creating a Court 'bundle' with a very professional approach to the meeting and subsequent email contact this week. I readily signed up to use your firm's services but, on reflection, have decided to conduct my own case in Court. The Judge at the initial hearing advised that the matter in question was very straightforward and not really requiring legal representation. I have decided to adopt his advice. Based on my experience, I would readily approach Louise and/or your firm in future if. a future situation arose.

To whom it may concern: My experience of Farnfields is a positive and happy one. I found our lead solicitor, Karen Auckland very efficient and helpful when needed. The senior soliicitor Julian Alahakoon was in the background if required, but Karen was always on the ball and knew just what to do when the other party's solicitors did not come up with the money at the specified time interval. I would unhesitatingly recommend them. I used Farnfields Gillingham branch twelve or so years ago on an entirely different matter and also found them very good too. All in all - an excellent practice in my experience.

We pre-bid on one of 10 plots of land and our completion date was set for a few weeks later. We chose Farnfields and are so glad we did because other plot purchasers had no end of problems and some had to change solicitors mid-way through negotiations. Farnfields were brilliant. Kate Furlong was diligent, efficient and always answered or returned our calls. Our purchase became complicated due to the auctioneer not preparing the right details in the pre-auction pack. How Kate managed to overcome all the obstacles we will never know, but after months of negotiations, wrong plans and poorly filled out TP1 documentation from the seller's solicitors we finally completed. Unfortunately due to all the complications Farnfields had to increase their fees. We hadn't budgeted for it and asked for a financial breakdown of costs. It helped us understand where the money had gone. We realised the difficulties being thrown at Farnfields by the seller's solicitor one after another. If Kate was unsure about anything, she referred to her senior colleagues, so we knew we were always getting the best advice. Julian was particularly helpful on completion day. All in all a brilliant service from Farnfields from the receptionists upwards. Kate's assistant, India, was helpful too. We always felt listened to. We now have our own little piece of countryside preserved for wildlife. It is a long-held dream come true thanks to the team at Farnfields, especially Kate Furlong. We can't praise her highly enough.

Farnfields of Shaftesbury acted as the Executors of my late mother's will. During a very emotional and difficult period, Farnfields worked extremely hard to relieve my sister and I of any stress, whilst being very professional and, above all, kind and compassionate. They also acted as conveyancers in the sale of mum's house, again a very sad time. The sale went through smoothly with no issues at all. I cannot speak highly enough of Farnfields and unreservedly recommend their services.
