Louise Cook spent a small amount of time with me to have an initial discussion about a Small Claims dispute with a Court appearance forthcoming in October. She was quick to understand the salient points of my case and offered some very pertinent initial advice on creating a Court 'bundle' with a very professional approach to the meeting and subsequent email contact this week. I readily signed up to use your firm's services but, on reflection, have decided to conduct my own case in Court. The Judge at the initial hearing advised that the matter in question was very straightforward and not really requiring legal representation. I have decided to adopt his advice. Based on my experience, I would readily approach Louise and/or your firm in future if. a future situation arose.

To whom it may concern: My experience of Farnfields is a positive and happy one. I found our lead solicitor, Karen Auckland very efficient and helpful when needed. The senior soliicitor Julian Alahakoon was in the background if required, but Karen was always on the ball and knew just what to do when the other party's solicitors did not come up with the money at the specified time interval. I would unhesitatingly recommend them. I used Farnfields Gillingham branch twelve or so years ago on an entirely different matter and also found them very good too. All in all - an excellent practice in my experience.

I can’t recommend Farnfields enough and especially Lin Cumberlin. Lin has been extremely supportive and generous with her time, guiding me through various processes and kindly answering my questions. A heartfelt thank you to Leah Lambert and her colleague Nikki Owen’s of the Shaftesbury branch in supporting my sister and I with the sale of my late parent’s home. Selling a house is quite a stressful experience however, Ella-Rose and Lucy Liney were amazing at Farnfields. Unfortunately, the sale wasn’t as straightforward as we had hoped yet Ella-Rose went above and beyond to speed things up for us and resolve issues. I had plenty of questions and my emails were answered within 24 hours and often much, much sooner. I can’t recommend both Ella-Rose and Lucy highly enough.

Farnfields have been great from start to finish. Emily Walker was always willing to answer any questions that I may have and keep me updated through the entire process. And if she was busy or not in she made sure that I was still looked after and returned any and all questions I had. Having been my first house purchase Emily was great at giving me advice on what things meant and never made me feel silly when asking questions that may seem obvious to others. Not only did she help me with the purchasing of the house but also offered advice on other items that were extremely useful as a first time buyer. Overall would high recommend and would happily use them again in the future.
I have used Farnfields twice now for conveyancing and re mortgaging and would not hesitate to recommend them. The recent re mortgage went like clockwork and after filling in the questionnaire I only needed to contact them to finalise and agree upon the completion date. The final cost came in below the original quote too, an unexpected bonus!
