One foot in the grave and the other on a bar of soap persuaded my wife and I it was time to think about our wills and nominate somebody to act for us if and when needed. Step forward Ms Rebecca Suthers from Nantes who was happy to visit us at home.
Nice lady, very professional and knowledgeable but easy to talk to. Clearly explained the advantages and disadvantages of our various options in an easy to understand way.
Very satisfied and that if from somebody who has a slightly jaundiced view of the legal profession. I would not hesitate to recommend Rebecca. J. Westall

Outstanding

I would highly recommend Cordelia English, who assisted my 87 year old mother with her financial affairs, after the death of my father. In addition to being totally efficient and professional, Cordelia is kind, patient and compassionate.

Excellent service

I used Nantes solicitors for the conveyancing when I sold my late parents property. As I do not live locally to the property or to Nantes, I communicated with them through email and telephone. They were extremely professional whilst being very pleasant, helpful and friendly. They kept me very well informed throughout the entire process and when issues arose further down the property chain, they dealt with it swiftly and with great proficiency. I did have the opportunity to meet with Charlotte Stevenson, the solicitor handling my case and she was very personable and easy to talk with. I didn’t however, have the pleasure of meeting Emily White who is Charlottes assistant and worked so incredibly hard for me and did it all in her stride. Huge thanks to her. Between them and their very friendly and helpful team, they took away the stress of selling my property. I can’t recommend them highly enough.
Thank you all
Regards
Martyn Matthews

Excellent

I used Nantes for the recent sale of my garage. Their communications were clear, and they transferred the money into my a/c only three days after contracts were signed. Excellent.

Very quick and thorough service

I would recommend Simon and his team at Nantes solicitors Weymouth to anyone selling or buying their house. We were informed at the very stage of the sale and they encouraged me to ask as many questions as I wanted. The process was made much easier by their professionalism and care. No hesitation to use Nantes again in the future

Sam Smith and his team were excellent, I could not fault any part of their friendly service. My sale was not straight forward but they were so professional. I would recommend their office to anyone, they did come highly recommended to me. Thanks to you all in the Bridport office for your patience and help to make our move as easy as possible.
