I contacted Zoe to help me navigate all aspects of my divorce, including both the financial settlement and arrangements for my child. I instructed Lauren Heathcote to assist me with an application to vary an existing Child Arrangements Order. My objective was to secure a 50/50 shared care arrangement for my son. Lauren not only supported that goal but, together with the excellent barrister she recommended, successfully obtained a Joint Lives With Order and secured the discharge of a restrictive order that unnecessarily limited my attendance at my son’s activities and events. Throughout what was inevitably a difficult and emotionally charged process, Lauren was outstanding. She combined professionalism, diligence and sound judgement with a calm, measured approach. She provided clear advice, kept a close eye on costs, and remained focused on the overall objective. One of Lauren’s greatest strengths is her quiet determination.
