      Great Professional Service

      Luke and his team supported us through the process of buying our new property and selling our current one.       Outstanding service from Ann Muckell at PCS Legal I wanted to take the time to write to you personally regarding Ann Muckell and the service she has provided to me through PCS Legal. Ann has been absolutely outstanding. Throughout my dealings with her, I have found her to be exceptionally professional, efficient, responsive and, importantly, genuinely helpful. Conveyancing and Land Registry matters can sometimes feel complicated and stressful from a client’s perspective, but Ann has a wonderful ability to explain things clearly, deal with matters promptly and give you confidence that everything is being properly taken care of. Most recently, Ann noticed an issue concerning my address held at HM Land Registry in connection with my Manchester property. She took the initiative to submit the necessary application to have this corrected, confirmed that there would be no charge to me, and also updated me regarding the pending Land Registry registration of my Cambridge property. It is that level of attention to detail and proactive service that really stands out. Having dealt with many professionals during property transactions, I know how much difference excellent communication makes. Ann has consistently made me feel that my matters are important and that I can trust her to follow things through. She is approachable, knowledgeable and extremely conscientious. I therefore wanted to make sure that her work was formally recognised. Ann is a tremendous credit to PCS Legal, and I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending both her and the firm based on the service I have received from her.
