We were very pleased with the level of support from PCS Legal during our selling and buying a property period last year We had not moved for 37 years and were therefore not familiar with current legal processes PCS Legal carefully took us through the legal forms and processes to be completed Their fees were reasonable and as we were under pressure from our buyers, PCS Legal exchanged contracts on the Friday and completed on the Monday!

Extremely slow process, I had to push and push to get closure. Finally on completion there was no final account so I have no detail on disbursements. Very poor

Frustrating slow at responding queries. Only respond to those in a queue so concerns me that they may not have enough solicitors to deal with queries. Numerous follow ups been told queries have been responded to and aren’t. Latest issue are queries that have been sitting there 6 days told previously they had responded on a call. Went back to estate agent and turns out that they hadn’t even started looking at them, after a call today. Constant apologies , however never seen to get any traction. Got a separate call from their another part of their office asking me about the completion date previously. Wasn’t half way through the process. So I was thrilled that we were done, turned out was given the wrong information again. When I called I was told that was a mistake. At a point of desperation now as every week, month goes by and delay costs me significant amount of money. This wouldn’t be tolerated in any other business.

Paige O'Brien (my solicitor) and Kate Gardner were professional, efficient and courteous when helping me as a FTB. Paige went above and beyond assisting me to complete a sale that had gone into 6th month within 3 months. The App they have was useful and I am forever grateful to the whole Quebec team. Craig Stevenson has been outstanding, he helped before but wasn’t the solistors this time he has been our solicitor for a house purchase. He has been nothing but exceptional in his service. He has worked to an extremely tight deadline. Very honest and solution focused and always given me so many options when faced with awful dilemmas over a house we was insistent on buying that didn’t have building completion certificates. I highly recommend Craig. I’ve used lots of conversing solistors over the last few years but only now cam I say I’ve found one that I would always use again and go out of my way to recommend to others. It has to be Craig. He is senior and the pricing is more for him but what you get in return is a better easier less stress service and you can pay to have a fast track service to you can always speak at easy and have your case looked at quicker as a result of that we moved very fast. He achieved what seemed to be almost impossible and he did it in a way that distressed me some how! He is the best!
