    Very happy with Kevin Bourley's team

    Kevin Bourley's team helped with the purchase of our home and we were very happy with the service. Buying a property can be incredibly stressful, but they made the process much more manageable. The team were professional throughout and communication was clear and responsive, which really helped put our minds at ease. There were a couple of minor hiccups along the way, but these were handled well. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

    Everything was made super easy and straight forward

    Chris and his team didnt put a foot wrong. Our purchase property threw a lot of curve balls throughout the process but Chris and his team just cracked on and made it happen with no fuss at all. We have moved three times and this, dispite the curve balls was by far the easiest. Chris and his team dealt with everything and were super responsive to any questions or queries we had.

    I used Marcus Baum a few years ago for the purchase of a flat which went very smoothly and timely. I decided to use a cheaper solicitor for the sale which turned out to be a big mistake. You really do get what you pay for in this line of business. Therefore I went with Marcus Baum again to purchase my house and was assigned the same conveyancer as last time (Kevin) which was great. The sale progressed at a good speed and I was kept up to date regularly. Any queries were responded to promptly by either Kevin or one of his secretary's. My advice to anyone buying is pay the bit extra and go with a professional firm such as Marcus Baum instead of saving a few pennies using a conveyancing farm. It's likely the most expensive purchase of your life so it's worth getting it done properly!

It was a delight and she continued with providing consistent first class service, ensuring our completion is done on the date set.       Really appreciate their quick and simple response. Had been back and forth with a previous firm for over 3 months, I contacted BTMK and got a phone call the same day and my questions answered.       I initially instructed a different firm of solicitors in leigh on sea where the service provided was extremely poor. Luckily I realised early enough and changed to BTMK solicitors and Joe Burns was dealing with my case. Joe is very professional and hard workig solicitor! From instruction to completion it took about 4 weeks and that included dealing with some complex issues on the way! Thank you very much!
