following a road traffic accident BTMKwere recommended to me by a close friend for whom they had acted for successfully.Contact having been made the firm led me through the various requirements of the claim and steps to be taken with full details of potential costs and giving advice on limitations.Where medical support was needed arrangements were made by them.Potential risks on settlement refusal and or further action were all explained in a clear and understandable way. To understand my gratitude all conversations etc. were conducted by phone or email and in the 14 months it took i never met any of the lawyers or staff,but that did not seem to matter as all was made clear in laymans language readily understood .

I called them a week ago & they said they could do what I needed, & asked me to email for an appointment. Despite further phone calls & emails, no-one has bothered to get back to me. I told them I needed this done before the weekend & they’ve now caused me a lot of grief, & I still need to find a solicitor to do what I need.

Adam Fleming was extremely approachable, efficient and professional. His immediate understanding of what was a detailed and relatively complex case was most impressive and inspired complete confidence from the outset. The fact that he achieved a favourable settlement on my behalf when I thought it would not be possible, thus avoiding lengthy and costly litigation, was most impressive. All this whilst keeping costs to a minimum. Could not have asked for more. Adam always went the extra mile and I would thoroughly recommend him and BTMK.

I have had a mixed experience with MB Solicitors. I sold my property over a year ago and through that transaction the solicitor I had was terrible at communicating with me, the estate agents and the purchasers solicitors - because of this the sale was delayed by at least 4-6 weeks. There was no acknowledgement of this delay at all which infuriated me, it was as if everything as ok when it wasnt! 14 months on and I have had the same communication issues with a different solicitor regarding a separate matter. No urgency, no replies and the general feeling that I am an inconvenience. Because of the above issues (which I have toned down quite a lot) I decided to go direct to the MD whos assistant Debbie followed up on immediately, professionally and generally made me feel much better about the situation instantly. Everyone will have different experiences and mine up until Debbie stepped in was terrible and with that I have sent 6 family/fiends to alternative solicitors however, should someone else ask for a recommendation I would instantly point them to either Debbie or Matthew directly.

The team in the Employment Law Service dealt with my compromise agreement with my employer in a highly professional manner and resolved all queries quickly. Fiona and her team did a fantastic job. Highly recommended.
