Really appreciate their quick and simple response. Had been back and forth with a previous firm for over 3 months, I contacted BTMK and got a phone call the same day and my questions answered. Unfortunately we can’t pursue the case I wanted, but should I ever need to for anything else then I’ll definitely come back. Great customer service, quick, courteous, and helpful! Thanks again.

Very unhappy

I initially instructed a different firm of solicitors in leigh on sea where the service provided was extremely poor. Luckily I realised early enough and changed to BTMK solicitors and Joe Burns was dealing with my case. Joe is very professional and hard workig solicitor! From instruction to completion it took about 4 weeks and that included dealing with some complex issues on the way! Thank you very much!

We had issues at the beginning but Irfan Kunes was a star and was always there on the phone or via email. We had had a tight deadline and completed thanks to BTMK.

Kevin bouley absolutely did not communicate with my partner and he also said he hadn't been asked to do things that I know he definitely had 😠
