    Terrible experience

    Lawyers for my house purchase. Advised it was all sorted. A year later when getting some work done I was advised it was not my name on land registry. Emailed PCS legal to ask what was happening. Emails were ignored for months. Raised a complaint, again was ignored. When I finally got a response it was not a good answer. Ended up having to go through the legal ombudsman who managed to get it sorted, get the house finally registered in my name and received a payment from PCS legal to apologise. Terrible service. If PCS legal had initially responded to my complaint and sorted it, I would not have had a problem as everyone is human and mistakes happen. Instead PCS legal ignored me for months and when they did respond tried to blame me for their mistake. Lucking the legal ombudsman sorted it out for me. Would not recommend

    What service?

    They never call back. No correspondence whatsoever. Even if you drive to office no one has the courtesy to see you other than the receptionist.

    Very friendly and helpful, certain documents would be better as docusign and some information could have been chased up earlier in the relationship rather than at the end. We were well informed and kept up to date.

    I originally posted this review 6 years ago and have just noticed that the map location has been removed from google to void the review. So i thought Id repost this so others can see the service received back then. Things of course could have changed since, but it seems a bit sus that the location has been deleted... 'I know someone who has had the misfortune of using PCS legal recently for a house purchase. What terrible customer service. Theyre frankly quite rude by the sounds of things. Avoid!'

      Amazing and very knowledgeable team that took on our house buying process. Communication was great and everything followed up in writing via email. The whole process was very smooth and despite back and forth with lender and seller they resolved everything

      I gave a one star because I couldn’t give zero. It took PCS Legal six months to do a cash purchase with no chain. Very few updates and hard to get in contact with.
