Kevin Bourley's team helped with the purchase of our home and we were very happy with the service. Buying a property can be incredibly stressful, but they made the process much more manageable. The team were professional throughout and communication was clear and responsive, which really helped put our minds at ease. There were a couple of minor hiccups along the way, but these were handled well. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

No follow up after exchange of contracts, unanswered questions that couldn't be answered before exchange and no response after exchange. Once you complete, they don't see you as a customer anymore.

I used Marcus Baum a few years ago for the purchase of a flat which went very smoothly and timely. I decided to use a cheaper solicitor for the sale which turned out to be a big mistake. You really do get what you pay for in this line of business. Therefore I went with Marcus Baum again to purchase my house and was assigned the same conveyancer as last time (Kevin) which was great. The sale progressed at a good speed and I was kept up to date regularly. Any queries were responded to promptly by either Kevin or one of his secretary's. My advice to anyone buying is pay the bit extra and go with a professional firm such as Marcus Baum instead of saving a few pennies using a conveyancing farm. It's likely the most expensive purchase of your life so it's worth getting it done properly!
