When I tried to get a lifetime mortgage on my property, I discovered unresolved historical freehold issues that not only jeopardised the loan but called into question my actual ownership. Mark was knowledgeable, thorough and persistent in getting it sorted out. It took 12 months of back and forth with various bodies but he got it done while managing my anxiety and interference. He provided excellent service and I cannot commend him highly enough.
The HTb process is not a easy application to negotiate but the people at McHale & co achieved this minefield application so this is a big thanks to nice wingtip for making this and possible all the calls I think we became like good friends also a big think to Nicola Nolan for the soliciting of this matter big thanks

Paul Carroll of McHale & Co Altrincham acted for me in making a claim for injuries sustained when I was run over by a golf buggie. The injuries were quite severe and I was hospitalised for about 5 weeks. After that I was incapacitated for a further 7 months before I was back on my feet. Mr Carroll was successful in making a claim on my behalf against the golf club's insurance policy.

Walking into a solicitor's office to discuss my divorce was one of the hardest things I've ever had to do. I was anxious, heartbroken and overwhelmed, but from the moment I walked through the door I was treated with kindness, patience and understanding. Both Lindsey and katarzyna showed both experience and professionalism which gave me confidence, but it was their compassion that made the biggest difference. I never felt like just another client. They listened, reassured me and supported me throughout a very difficult and emotional process. I cannot thank them enough for everything they did for me. There was lots of tears from myself, many cups of coffee (which were very good by the way) and a ton of empathy which I really needed.
